I am an Agile Product Manager/Product Owner. The need to truly understand how things get done, and the processes behind it, in order to improve on it and create a positive impact, is a feeling I live for.
By creating meaningful products that provide value for people, I achieve some sense of fulfillment for myself as well as achieve the overall objective of my organization at large. I accomplish this continually by always listening more, understanding the core needs of my customers, and placing as much emphasis as I can on collaboration and communication at all times.
